SubmitRank

What is SubmitRank?

SubmitRank is a web-based directory and ranking tool that tracks 479 backlink submission sites, from community hubs like Reddit and Hacker News to software review platforms like G2 and AlternativeTo. It assigns each site a tier from S (top) to D, and provides a dedicated review page per site. The service runs entirely in the browser with no download required; the maker of SubmitRank is not disclosed on this page.

Key Features

• Indexed directory — 479 sites are tracked and listed, covering product launch platforms, AI tool directories, and SaaS review sites.

• Tier ranking system — Sites are sorted into S, A, B, C, and D tiers; the S-tier on this page includes r/SideProject, Source Forge, Hacker News, There is an AI for that, Product Hunt, G2, AlternativeTo, F6S, Toolify.ai, SaasHub, and Dang AI.

• Individual site reviews — Every listed site links to a dedicated review page under submitrank.com/sites/ (e.g., /sites/reddit.com) for deeper evaluation.

• View ranking page — A separate "View ranking" link provides access to the full 479-site ranking, not just the top-tier excerpt.

• Flexible list display — The directory can be toggled between Regular and Compact layouts, and between single-row and wrap modes.

• Site metadata — Each entry shows the site's name, domain, and favicon, making scanning quick.

• Product marketers: build a submission checklist from the S and A tiers to maximize exposure during a launch.

What can you do with SubmitRank?

• Shortlist submission targets: Browse the S-tier sites (e.g., Product Hunt, G2) to prioritize where to submit your product.

• Read detailed reviews: Click any site name to open a dedicated review page with more information about that submission platform.

• Explore the full index: Use the "View ranking" page to see all 479 indexed sites beyond the initial list.

How does SubmitRank work?

The main page presents tiered lists of backlink sites, each with an icon and a link. Clicking a site navigates to its specific review page, while the "View ranking" link opens the complete 479-site dataset. No account or sign-up is required to access this public listing.
